Digital marketing is about empathy. Empathy for our customers’ audiences and what value companies can bring to this audience in order to establish a trusted relationship, in a scalable digital approach.
Together with our clients I analyze which segments there are and on which channels we can interact with them to build this trusted relationship. Translating these interactions to the correct marketing technology tool or platform is my sweet spot.
In order to drive business for our clients I define digital marketing strategies including web, SEO/SEA, email and marketing automation. To report results I build reports in Google Data Studio and define user stories to be implemented on digital marketing platforms (Sitecore, Kentico, …). All those channels need content so together with our clients I define which content should be produced for which channels and when.
I am an expert in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and I have high level knowledge of technology, can do bits of HTML / CSS knowing that there’s a team of technology experts that can back me up when needed. This way I’m confident that I can architect the best-fit solution for our clients for even the most complex customer journeys.
Every day there are new learnings to be found in the digital marketing space. My first question to you would be: where do you get the most valuable content from to keep you up to date with the newest trends and marketing technologies?
